Company Portraits & Team Headshots

When you have a team of 10 people or more it can be difficult to arrange professional headshots. Common complaints for staff portraits are that they have different settings and bad lighting. Maia Stone Photography has made group headshots convenient and easeful. My on-site studio can be set-up in a lobby or conference room. My studio set-up includes a backdrop paper color of choice, professional lighting and a stool. In addition to backdrop papers, portraits can be taken in a natural setting outdoors or inside the office.

It is important that all participants feel confident about their professional portrait. I have photographed  42 people during one photo shoot, and completed 70 outdoor portraits for one organization during multiple sessions. Feedback from participants includes feeling thankful that I consult individuals about their hair styling, I bring a calming presence and give clear posing guidance.

Each person receives a gallery folder with a set of photos to choose their favorite headshot, and all photos receive retouching. Planning includes identifying the best look for your business portraits, the set-up location and time line.
